Refund & Cancelation Policy

If you wish to review, change, or cancel your reservation you may do so in accordance with the individual Vendor’s cancelation policy. The time frame for trips to be canceled with no fee varies between Vendors. Please note that if you miss this cancelation date you may be charged for your cancelation in accordance with the Vendor’s cancelation and no-show policy. On behalf of Edel Outdoors we recommend to every customer who books a trip through us to carefully read the cancelation and no-show policy that each Vendor has prior to making your booking or reservation.

Any cancelation or amendment request must be made by the lead customer who booked the trip under their name and information. No cancelation or amendment request will take effect until the lead customer has contacted us directly and verified both the information of the trip as well as personal information.

For users, only services of hunting and fishing trips can be canceled or amended. Notice of cancelation or amendment must be received at least one (1) month before the date of the reservation. Users who cancel with at least one (1) month’s advance notice will not be required to pay the full price of the trip or any remaining balance due after the deposit to reserve was made. Users who pay full price up front for a trip will receive a refund for the amount of the trip less the deposit fee and booking fee. Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable regardless of the timing a cancelation request is made.

All refunds are made in compliance with Vendor terms. Please note that while Edel Outdoors will do its best to accommodate users in the event of cancelation requests, its ability to do so is restricted by Vendor terms regarding cancelation and refund policies. No discounts or refunds will be issued by Edel Outdoors or its representatives for missed or unused services purchased through our site and were missed or unused by user through no fault of Edel Outdoors or its representatives. Vendors have the ultimate responsibility for the safety of you and your party. In the event that the trip is no longer safe due to any reason, the Vendor has the right to cancel the whole or part of the trip (before or after departure). If your booking has to be canceled by Vendor prior to departure due to unsafe weather conditions, you shall have the choice of:

  • Accept from Edel Outdoors a full refund of deposit paid for the canceled service(s).
  • Accept from Edel Outdoors a substitute service(s) of equivalent value.
  • Accept from Edel Outdoors a substitute service(s) of lower value if no service(s) of equivalent value are reasonably available, and to recover the difference in deposit between that of the original service(s) and that of the substituted service(s) from Edel Outdoors. For all other cancelations by Vendor, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for any refunds and that any remedy is between you and the respective Vendor in accordance with that Vendor’s terms and conditions.
